GreaseApe Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

At GreaseApe, we prioritise getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer the following shipping methods:

• Orders Over £40 - Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days 

The Shipping cost for orders Under £40 are based on the following weights:

• Orders over 16kg = £6.99
• Orders between 11 - 16kg = £5.58
• Orders between 6 - 11kg = £5.15
• Orders between 4 - 6kg = £4.89
• Orders between 3 - 4kg = £4.79
• Orders between 2 - 3kg = £4.25
• Our 'Handful of Bolts' Delivery Service (orders below 1kg) = £3.97

Delivery within 2-4 business days.  Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

*Hazardous/Flammable products may take an extra 2 days due to additional checks at FedEx.*

Unfortunately we can not ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order's progress until it arrives at your door.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. GreaseApe is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
