Products marked 1 Year Guarantee on their product page are covered against faults in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, including parts and labour.

What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Faults that develop during normal, correct use within 12 months of purchase
• Products marked “1 Year Guarantee” on their product page.

If your product develops a fault that’s covered, we’ll repair or replace it. 

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear. Parts that wear through use, such as worn edges, tips, jaws or mushroomed striking ends.
• Misuse or abuse. Using a product for a job it wasn’t designed for, overloading it, or dropping or impact damage.
• Modified or tampered products. Anything that has been altered, opened, or repaired by anyone other than us or an authorised repairer.
• Ignoring instructions. Faults caused by not following the manufacturer’s instructions, servicing or usage guidance, including using the wrong charger, air supply or fluids.
• Consumables. Bits, blades, discs, brushes, filters, seals, bulbs and other items designed to wear out in use.
• Workwear.
• Cosmetic issues. Marks, scratches or discolouration that don’t affect how the product works.
• Any claim made more than 12 months after purchase, unless the product carries a longer manufacturer warranty.

How to make a claim

2. Include your order number or receipt, a short description of the fault, and a photo or short video if possible.
3. We’ll confirm whether the product is covered. We may ask you to return it for inspection or repair.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation. Claims without proof of purchase can’t be processed.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
